I recovered from covid in december 2020 through home remedies but i can still see some long term effects. I feel pumping sensation in my left arm and my left thumb starts shaking suddenly which lasts for approx 20 secs. What is possible cure and how serious can it be?

Don’t look like serious issue. Start with meditation and relaxation therapy. Do regular exercises and walks Eat more veggies in diet and fresh fruits. Thanks
