I have taken Covidshild yesterday. N having fever from yesterday evening. Also had vomiting at night. Now energy level is total down. Taken crocin twice yesterday. Is this common side effects of vacine.

Yes symptoms are normal .. . Take dolo . If vomiting persist or if increases consult on practo for further guidance
