Dear Doc. Today I have been tested positive for Covid-19. I have a bit of cold and fever between 99° to 100° F. These I am experiencing from 18th june, so went for the test today. The doctors in the hospital prescribed only paracetamol and vitamin C,D and zincovit. Please suggest how to handle this.

First of all calm down. As you are young, you will probably have only mild disease and recovery fully. Follow all the meds and advises from the treating doctors. Maintain adequate hydration and take enough rest. Isolate yourself from others especially the vulnerable people. Boost your immunity with multivitamins. Gargle with salt water and haldi thrice a day and consume lukewarm water.
Next Steps
In case of rising fever or breathing difficulty, contact to the treating doctor immediately.
Health Tips
Watch on temperatures, respiration and pulse.
