My brother whose age is 11 years, has a hole in his heart from the day he born..recently my dad has been effected with covid-19, he's has been isolated himself..and this morning my brother got fever!! Have given him paracetamol but still there is no use! I just got thought of giving him azithromycin..is it OK if he use azithromycin ??and I just want to know how much mg should be taken? And is there anything to worry if he is covid positive as he has hole in his heart. (At the age of 4 we consulted a doctor who told that..the hole will gradually closes with his age..till 16 years)

Take symptomatic treatment for Covid. That's enough. If persistent symptoms after 5 days, consult Paediatrician. Evaluate ur heart hole after covid situation improved and take appropriate treatment for heart hole if still present either by device closure or surgery.
