Coughing  for 5 yrs

Coughing is not getting treated by any medicines provided by doctors. ESR always high around 40-45 for more than 4-5 years inspite of taking medicine. Doctors have not found any problems in blood report other than ESR. Thyroid RBC ,WBC normal. Already taken lot of antibiotics over years prescribed by doctors. Please suggest treatment.

In my opinion you need to focus on nose and sinuses get a CT nose PNS done and show some good ent or get back to me for help post nasal drip causes chronic cough not treated by any means available
