Coughing & mucus
I became sick with a bad cold back in September. For weeks, I felt awful - headache, runny nose, coughing, fatigue, and even an ear infection. Weeks later, I would go to the gym, since I thought I was improving, to find that I would be short of breath, weak, and even feel faint at times. (I never fainted but felt close to it). Fast forward to now, I'm still coughing, mostly at nighttime, and there is a lot of mucus still in my system. Is this normal?
Hello..It's not normal. Chronic cough lasting more than 2-3 weeks is always a case of concern.It needs to be investigated property and thoroughly.Consult a Postgraduate Physician and get your physical examination done.All basic blood tests as well as Chest X-ray, X-ray of Sinuses, ECG (as you said you have breathing difficulty and Fainting episode), sputum examination needs to be done earliest
