I am having cough with mucus since last one week and having itchy feeling in chest. Kindly tell me what's the issue and suggest some good medicine.

May be due to allergies. Needs detailed history like 1. Fever. 2. Colour of the sputum ( white or yellow or green) 3. Blood tinged. 4. Loss of appetite. 5. Weight loss
