Over the last 2 weeks, i  have had many attacks of blacking out/faint/giddiness/dizziness after coughing. These blackouts last for just seconds( 20 secs) and seem to be increasing in frequency.  sometimes vommiting also. Also if i m sleeping and change position, then cough will come and sudden giddiness/dizzuness/ fa
