  4. Cough since last 1 day. The symptoms.

I have itchi and scratchy throat that irritates, since last 1 day, there is no cough but only liquid thing that cones to mouth on coughing. Yesterday had z little breathlessness too. Please suggest some cure. Csn I use Rexcof DX to relieve the symptoms.
