Hi You If the cough is mild and dry you can. Take an antiallergic like Telekast F once  at night Also can take tab Azee 500 mg once for 5 days ( if you have any heart rate disorder please avoid) If it increases or you develop fever I suggest you consult nearby hospital for more thorough checkup
