hello there. blood in ur sputum is called hemoptysis. but its not necessary that you are having hemoptysis, but you may be having gum bleeding the blood of which comes out while you cough and sometimes voluntary explosive cough can also bring out small quantities of blood. so that way you don't need to worry at all. suggest you to meet a ENT Specialist and share your complete history with him, get examined so that many things can be ruled out, and then seek treatment. regards.
