Continuous cough followed by vomit sometimes and pain in the area below the chest on the right side. Pain started tomorrow when my friend heard a sound like something broke inside the area below his chest. Pain is muscular

hi.you need  to take anticough medication like levocetrizine tablets in the night.take antibiotics like amoxicillin thrice daily.
