I have a cough and fever from last 1 month. I have taken so many cough serum .what can I do for treatment?

A good idea would be to stop playing doctor and stop self prescribing.
There are many types of cough. Better get it checked out so that a treatment to remove the root cause of the cough.
You will have to consult a pulmonologist in person for further evaluation and management.

Rather than trying to suppress cough and fever, we need to find the cause for the fever and cough. You will need to get a physical exam first, then chest x-ray, basic lab and sputum tests. It's high time you need to consult a nearby physician.
