Hi Sir my wife is suffering from cough problem last 16 days i have bought many cough syrup but nothing improvement is happening please sir suggest me which one cough syrup is better than other syrup

Cough has many causes, involving various organ systems, not to mention external factors. Better get an ENT specialist opinion for a start.
