Hello there. I can understand your concern. Why don't you ask the person who prescribed? Because how to take and when to take is always mentioned in the prescription. Consult your prescribing Doctor. Megamentin can be taken twice also and thrice also. Depending on the severity of infection. And similarly other medicines have different doses for different people based on their condition.
