Hello doctor Since last five days, am suffering with cough, light cold, heavily body pains at night times with fever. For now am using benetrol cough syrup with fever tables but no use of recovering. Kindly suggest

Hi...based on your symptoms it seems like you are suffering from URTI...the cause for URTI is mostly viral...but since you are having these complaints for more than five days...and also to prevent superadded bacterial infection...I suggest you a antibiotic regimen for five days
