I am having cough, cold and fever for 2 days. There is body ache too. Have taken cheston cold but only momentarily affect. Body tempearature slightly more than normal.

You should have a course of antibiotics for atleast 3 days initially. After that we will see further evaluation and treatment, if required. You are taking wrong treatment.
