Cough and vomiting

My daughter has cough and we visited doctor, the medicines prescribed are being used as advised but her condition is not improving(it is bad than before). I tried to reach out to the doctor but he is on holiday today and tomorrow. Any advice please.

If the condition is bad then before, I suggest you to visit any government or private casualty where doctors will be available today
