Runny nose constntly even a little bit changes in whether.......It goes on constantly till the time i get a medicine.

As per your description you are suffering from seasonal allergic rhinitis.. steam inhalation.. need to take medicine when symptoms arise.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
