Hi doctor I am having cough since 3 days and pinching oain while showlling anything in right side. Attaching thoart image. I am doing betadin gargle twice a days and taking cough syrup thrice. I am hypochondriac anxities paitent also..ans i am scared if there is something serious diease in tonsile. I am gettjng lots of cough in night maily qhile sleeping I have told my symtoms 100% accurate Please suggest

U r just having tonsillo-pharyngitis Take - Tab. Cepodem xp 1 tab BD Tab. Xerodol sp 1 tab BD Cap. Neutroline b plus 1 cap OD Cap. Protera d 1 cap BD For 5 days
