Hi Doctor, Am suffering cough (with mucus) and fever (starting with little shiver, starting around 10-11 am and ends by 2-4pm) this is happening since 3 days. Please help/suggest me if I need to undergo any test or anything. As of now I didn't use any medication for this but using some home remedies. Thanks in advance...!!!

You should get your CBC done..is there any sore throat ?? And mucus is of which colour??

take tablet Amoxyclav 625 mg three times a day tablet levocetrizine 5mg at nighttime tablet paracetamol 500 mg sos
