Cough and cold with 101 fever

My mother is suffiering from cough and cold with fever. Fever since last night and cough and cold since 1 week we are taking medicine from near by medical shop but issue not resolved they gave tablets mahacef cv 200, paracetamol dolo 650 , aciloc rd20 and ambrolite D+ syrup. Can i continue thise medication plz anser quickly

Yes medicine are almost right... No need to Chang. you have to continue atleast 5 day if problem not solve then we can change medicine..
