My son is 2 years old and having cold and cough. My doctor gave M Solvin for cough and maxtra for cold.but m solvin is not really helping. Can i give him alex junior for cough amd hiw much ml??

He seems to be suffering from viral upper respiratory tract infection which is a common type of throat and nose infection in this season. Whatever doctor has given seems to be alright. Anyways it will take few more days to recover. Continue using same medication
