Cough and cold issue often chronic

I am 37 yrs old facing problem of severe cough and cold. Every 12-15 I get catch of cough n cold. Continue sneezing for first 2 days. Also face problem of running nose especially in the morning when the problem is not so severe. Always maintain diet by not consuming cold things or other to avoid it but so far not effective.

You have allergic rhinitis... take anti-allergic Medicine and avoid dust...if not relieved visit an ENT specialist...
