Good morning sir. My name is venu. Iam suffering from cough last 4years. No allergies, No fever. Sometimes muscle pain under my chest ribs. Please give me good suggestion

Chronic cough could be due to bronchitis.get a chest xray done and consult a chest physician. Ur ecg is showing some abnormality called RBBB, though it can be a normal variant in most individuals, it is always better to rule out any heart abnormality by doing 2 D echocardiography.
