All you need need is to do a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. According to the results, we can decide how to treat you. If you have done a Ultrasound examination of the Abdomen and pelvis, you may then look for any evidence of obstruction and echogenicity of kidneys. If there is no obstruction, then you may have to see a nephrologist for further management. If there is any evidence of obstruction, then you need to get a Urologist opinion
