But the cost that the doctor sets is for the service provided and not just for the product as such. Dermatologists are qualified doctors to treat these conditions and those who do these procedures have got special training in it as well, unlike the quacks who get trained by other quacks and do it for less cost.

Hello Its usually because its not the price of the product but the skill of doctors who are injecting and doing those procedures. When done by a not skilled one can have some permanently damaging consequences.
