Thats a genuine question which you had.
A normal healthy adult
calcium intake as you said is around 1000mg varies with age, sex and weight.
As you mentioned you are already taking calcium 500mg and D3 250IU.
Rest of the calcium is covered with your food and drinks like milk.
So from my opinion no need to take more calcium or d3

Do a blood test measuring your ionic
calcium and
Vitamin D3 level. If they are deficient make correction by consulting your Doctor
