I had Balanitis in the past for that my dermatologist prescribed Momate, a corticosteroid. Since I used it for a long time on my penis, My Inner and outer foreskin became very hard and dry. Inner foreskin dryness is completely settled. But, Outer foreskin dryness is still there. I am just applying coconut oil to soothen it. What should I do to reduce dryness in my Skin and get rid of this problem completely? Need an expert opinion.
