Correct diet to prevent relapse

I am just beginning to recover from hemerodial constipation. Its been a solid 3 weeks since this began and I had just somewhat recovered yesterday, but ate the wrong food and caused more stomach cramps and gas. Presently I can sip bottled water and it offers no issues. However I am really becoming weak from lack of sustanance, and I need some guidance on what diet I should be using to both help me reagin my strength and to prevent a relapse. Thank you.

Some natural way to tackle with hard stool / Constipation are-Take DABUR  NATURE CARE ISABGOL HUSK- one big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month.  Take plenty of fluids , salads in each diet. Get Flax seeds, fry it in a pan without oil, then put it in a mixi, make powder and you can take 1 teaspoon with jaggery morning and night after meal
