While washing my face i accidentally poked my eye with my finger ... Is my eye bleeding or just irritated ... Is it a coroneal abrasion ?

    During face wash some time face wash liquid inter into the eye that will irritate the eye.
Next Steps
frequent  tape water washing of eyes is mandatory.
