Can a fully vaccinated person after few days catch corona virus and transmit to another fully vaccinated person?

The vaccine does not fully prevent infection by the COVID-19 virus. However it drastically reduces the chances of severe life threatening consequences and death due to COVID-19. So it's entirely possible to transmit and catch the infection after being fully vaccinated.
