I tested positive for covid after 7 days I was hospitalized with a CT score 10,corads-5, received plasma , remdesivir, steroids etc.,it has been 25 days since I contacted covid ,there is still cough and sometimes body aches,spo2 is 96-97 can I be in same room with my wife normally or would I still be infective because of cough

Your CT score shows high infectivity but since it has already been 25 days, your current viral load cannot be predicted. Symptomatic patients are considered cured after 4 days of stoppage of symptoms. I would suggest wearing a mask in her presence for now, until your cough has completely resolved.
