I have tested positive for covid. My symptoms are sever headache, tiredness, cough, running nose, fatigue, body pain and blood in sputum. I have been taking zinc tablets, vitamin c chewable tablets, and a-z gold tablets. Kindly suggest further medicine in case symptoms become worse
