Conzerol stain for molluscum contagiosum

I applied Conzerol on a molluscum near my lower lip overnight. Usually when applied, it comes off when washed. But this seems to have got stuck to my skin. Have tried rubbing it, applied oil, vaseline and scrubbing a bit. But it's not coming out. Just getting painful. Kindly advise on how to get rid of it. Thank you!
