I suffer spinal injury operation is good but urine and motion and sexual fellings not control my self it's fast moving I have dout controling is come back or no it's permanent or not permanent

At the lumbosacral region the S1,2&3 spinal nerves control the pelvic organs. In your it appears there was some damage to the nerves. Please consult a Neurologist and take treatment.
