Over the last 1 week, I have been facing soem allergic reaction, I think it was because I got wet in the rain near varthur lake due to which I have been continuously sneezing, facing a runny nose, facing irritation in eyes. This isn't the common cough and cold symptom. At night for last 7 days I hav to take an avil to sleep and the moment I wake up I am sneezing like hell. Even after cleaning nose thoroughly, keeping myself warm, drinking lots of water and hot beverages I am not relieved. Pls suggest what can be done.
