Sorry for late reply. Hope she will be feeling better today. Excessive irritability is common in severe cold. Anticold medication will help to resolve it. Nasal drops installation to open block nose. Sometimes severe ear pain is bothering more in complete nasal block. Ear check up is must in that case.
