Continuous Sneezing with running nose

My wife (Age: 39) has been sneezing continuously since the morning with running nose. She had cetrizine (Oktacet) + Dolo 650 in the morning along with a round of steam inhalation but there hasn't been much relief. Can you prescribe a medicine for this cold and sneezing condition that is safe while feeding an infant ? Regards, Neeraj
