Continuous Pain In Testicles

I am having continuous pain in my testicles from past one month, pain keep shifting between left and right testicle, i feel itching while urinating and urine is cloudy and bit smelly, sometimes i also feel pain in lower abdomen. Can anyone please help me in getting rid of it, it is very painful and disturbing :(
