Hi please find attached x ray. I have continuous pain in lateral tooth. Pain reached till nose and its really disturbing. I hade rct done 7 month back. Since then its paining. Pain increases on touching.please suggest something. Pain is pricking type too.

If the pain is of that long a duration and in that tooth particularly, it would be advisable to go for Re RCT. Normally we call such root canal treatments as satisfactory. But chronic symptoms override that decision. Regards.
