Hello
For past one month i am having allergt in skin which results in sever itching. After some time it enda up with rashes and again it starts itching severely.. I am not sure about the cause of this issue but it is mentally and physically disturbs me a lot . kindly let me know what medication i need to do.

You are probably suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition.
