I am having continuous headache since last 3 days. And 3 days ago I got my periods too. but this headache is bothering me a lot. it sometimes occurs only in left side and sometimes all over head gets affected. What to do?

If itn occurrs in every menstrual cycle than you should consult a neurologist ..otheriwse take a painkiller if its first time...if its a regualr occurence take pain killer as well some prophylactic medication on doctors opinion..
