I am a software engineer, works for 10 hours daily sitting in front of laptop. I am suffering from continuous headache which is not stopping. The pain is from top center of head, eyes and sides. Please suggest any cure/medication for this.

Complete rest for 2 days.. reduce screen time.. drink plenty of fluids,eat healthy diet, and give rest for your eyes.. you can consult online.
