Hello sir ..I am a working professional presently living in extremely cold area where temp. Range is always less than 20. I am facing lower back in centered at right part of my back which is near my hip joint .After facing problem for 2 months I consulted a ortho specialist of sports injury centre in safdurjang hospital Delhi .he has given me medicines and recommended some exercises which I am attaching herewith.initially It helped me a lot and I continued his medicines for 2 months .. Now my pain has got started again from last 15 days .the main symptoms observed by me is as follows - 1. Pain started only if i sit or stand for long hours(2-3 hrs and more) 2. After doing tough exercises 3. Pin pointed pain do not spread anywhere 4. Feel pain in bending 5. I had a little jerk at that point at very beginning 6.
