Continuous Burning sensation in urine

After so many antibiotic courses and gynae consultations problem in urine still persists.. I am married and within 24 hours of intercourse burning of urine starts which causes uneasiness, tension, fear and lower abdomen uneasiness.once blood was also spotted in urine. Taken a 3 month consultation from gynaecologist problem still persist. Ultrasound reports, urine culture etc is normal. Blood test reports are normal.
