Continuous blood flow in kidney stones

I just had a c section last month and i found out I have a tiny stone in my kidney as per my recent ct scan. I have no other symptoms but I am having continuous blood flow. Bleeding is very much and continuously it's flowing . Is it normal?? Please advice. I will take a consultation later. Right now it's very serious so please reply here.
