Continuous Bleeding for 10 days

I haven't got my period for 2 months. Done with urine pregnancy test and the results are negative. Bleeding started with brown color blood for 3 days and normal period for the last 7 days and it's neither heavy nor less. It's just Normal bleeding but it doesn't stop. Please suggest.
