Hi there I understand your concern...possible causes are gastritis,carcinoma esophagus,achalasia cardiac,esophageal movement disorders etc...upper gastrointestinal endoscopy may cost you from 700 to 1.5k depending upon the hospital...as such there is no discount for senior citizens...you should ask the same in billing counter if any offers they will let you know.
