I am having severe continuous pain on back side of my left ear since 5 months, also muscles of my mouth gets stiff usually , continuous clenching inside mouth and i also feel swelling on my face .i feel pain in my neck muscles . i visited many doctor but no one able to diagnose.Please help to diagnose this problem.

Hey, there are many types of headache like  cervicogenic headache, occipital neuralgia, migraine ,cluster headache and difficult to differentiate between them without details examination ,I think it could be cervicogenic headache ache because of involvement of neck muscles , you better consult neurologist
